Compliments From Parents
What our parents said......

Gabriel mentioned about the beautiful toilets in schools. We are parents are really happy with the effort put in by the teachers and you all to make the school an interesting place for the children to learn and grow and be there almost 11 hours in a day. Natalie is really looking forward to going to school with Gabriel in Jan. Have a great day and week ahead!

PS: we are all looking forward to the year end concert too! I am sure you all enjoy the preparation (minus the stress) as we enjoy the excitement that Gabriel shares with us about his song and dance. He is even learning the dance that the girls learn in his class.

I would like to extend my gratitude to Teacher Izah when Isaac was ill recently. Isaac had high fever since last Thursday. It was the first time he had such high fever since birth. No doubt, Jason and I were quite worried. As we rushed from our offices to bring Isaac to the clinic that we used to visit but it was closed. So, we had to feed Isaac with the medicine that we have at home first, hoping that his high temperature will drop.

I was especially touched receiving Izah's SMS to ask how was Isaac doing after her work on the same day. In fact, that was not the first time she did the same thing to show her concern whenever Isaac was ill. I took the opportunity to seek advice from Izah. She was patient in answering my many questions. She even helped me to clarify with a doctor about the dosage of the medicine to be given to Isaac. With her prompt assistance, my anxiety was resolved instantly.

Jason and I were truly impressed with her personalised service! Izah has been caring, helpful and approachable teacher. Now, she is also our "medical advisor"! Thank you, Izah.

To all the teachers @ Cherie Hearts, thank you for taking good care of Isaac. He is definitely a happy baby boy for having so many caring teachers and new little friends that he meets at Cherie Hearts.

When my wife was due to return to work, earlier this year, we were at a loss as to how our baby daughter, Ayana would be cared for. After a chance conversation with Damien Koh, Centre Director for Cherie Hearts @Cecil Street, who mentioned that an Infant Care position may be available, we decided to pay a visit to the centre. The first thing that impressed us was the cleanliness and the layout of the place. Our concerns were laid to rest, when Damien explained to us, in his affable manner, the Infant Care Programme and the Centre's policies. We decided on the spot that this was the right place for Ayana.

That was almost 8 months ago. And all we can say is that the care our daughter has received has far exceeded our expectations. We would especially like to thank Jennie and her wonderful team of Infant Care Teachers for all the help and care they have provided. From accommodating Ayana's special feeding schedule to paying special attention to her when she wasn't feeling too well, we have been touched by the genuine effort they have made, every step of the way.

We are able to communicate effectively with Jennie and her team, and value all the feedback they provide us, with regards to Ayana's progress, as she grows. The main thing is, we have now developed a high level of trust with her Teachers and are confident that they have her best interests at heart. That is what truly gives us peace of mind when we are at work; knowing that she is well cared for. And Ayana seems to thoroughly enjoy her time with her Teachers as well.

My daughter, Yizhu, has been in this child care Cherie Hearts Bright Kidz Pte Ltd since 2008 for the past 2 years. I must give my special thanks to Teacher Jane and Pohnita for their patience and guidance, when I first sent my daughter there in class PG1. Now Yizhu is in Nursery, she has not only learned a lot of general knowledge, but also, has improved in her mannerism and behaviour. Though only child, she is able to get along with people well.

I am grateful to the Principal and teachers who are teaching there as they are very loving & caring towards all the children, most of all, they provide a very healthy and friendly environment not only for the children, but also for the parents like us.

I would have no doubt, and would highly recommend parents to leave their children there with good care and have peace of mind during work like me. Thanks to Miss Jenny and all the Teachers!

My compliments to Teacher Jennie and her team of infant care teachers at Cherie Hearts @ Cecil Pte Ltd. They tend to my 6-month old son according to his needs and Quinlan thoroughly enjoyed his time at the center learning from the flash cards, songs to motor skills training. When I was concerned about his weaning, Teacher Jennie made time to see me and patiently explained the weaning program at the center. She assured me that Quinlan's weaning at the centre would be catered according to his requirements.
I am pleased with the exceptional professionalism shown by the teachers as well as the Centre Director, Mr Damien Koh. Mr Koh is always with a smile and never fails to chat up with me to find out how things are. He and his team of teachers did exceptional well in ensuring that things are running smoothly daily. Quinlan is a happy baby and all thanks to Cherie Hearts @ Cecil Pte Ltd.

My son, Muhammad Aqeel attends playgroup (PG1) at Cherie Hearts @ Limau Garden and it has been close to 5 months now. He was like any normal child and at the beginning would test all the teachers patience with his incessant crying and his antics. I would like to commend the school and its teachers, especially Teacher Sidah, for their perseverance in taking my son under their care. My son, who is 23 months now, is not only a confident boy but he can now say all his alphabets and his 1 to 10s (even backwards!). I believe that the school and teachers play a very big part in his development. To parents who are thinking of where to send their kids to, Cherie Hearts @ Limau is the way to go. Keep up the good job I say!

Although there were some hiccups in the beginning when I first put my boy, Jake in the infant care at cherie hearts, things certainly got better along the way. Jake has definitely settled himself down very well now with the professional help of the team of teachers there. Being a first time mum with absolutely no experience, guidance and help have been rendered to me by the teachers especially during my boy's weaning period. I must give my special thanks to Teacher Jennie and Irene for their expertise, patience and guidance. Jake is doing very well now on semi-solids and im so happy to see his progress.

I'm the mummy of Cheong Lok Sung. My son is studying at Cherie Hearts Bright Kidz (Woodlands). He is proud to be a Cherian. I am really glad to see what my son is today. He is confident, caring and out-spoken. Remembering three year ago, he was a shy little timid boy who always hiding behind me. Crying tearfully, reluctant to go to school. He would not be what he is now without the guidance, care and patience the teachers and principal have given to him.

In an incident whereby my eldest daughter coming back from school complaining on the Chinese essay composition was how difficult. The title was "wo ku le". MY little cutie overheard and said that was easy. Instantly, he recited the book that he had been taught of that fit into the title of the composition. I was so surprised and touched. I could imagine the efforts that the teachers have put in to nurture our little ones. I would like to thank the teacher wholeheartedly. You have done a marvelous job.

Come to think about it, my son Yang Kai Chen (K1) has been with Cherie Hearts Garden of Joy Pte Ltd at Jalan Binchang for more than one year. Over this one year, Kai Chen has shown great improvements in both his academic and social behaviour. He has improved vastly in his reading ability for both English and Mandarin. It's a pleasant surprise for me whenever I chat with Kai Chen and discuss about his leanings in school. I am impressed with the curriculum at Cherie Hearts (particularly at the branch which Kai Chen attends).

I wish to show my appreciation to all the teachers at Cherie Hearts for their love and dedication to all the students. I also wish to thank them for all the good job that they have done. As a parent, I am pleased with his performance and is glad that he is in good hands.

~ Mdm Noelle Lim , mummy of Yang Kai Chen - Kindergarten 1 (Cherie Hearts Garden of Joy Pte Ltd (BA)

I am very pleased with Jenny (Woodlands Branch). This morning i received a call from her telling me that one of daughter eyes was swollen & my girl kept on crying. That moment ,i don't know to do. I can't leave my workplace immediately & I can't find anyone to help me to bring my girl to see doctor. Jenny did something extra, she voluntary to bring my girl to doctor. It really make me relax. Not every childcare teacher will do this, they will just call the parent & ask them to come over & sent someone over no matter what. Thanks Jenny.
